I thought the most invigorating part of Phase 1 was getting to meet and bond with the other
participants. The diversity of the group was striking. I think I counted about 17 participants who
were 1st or 2nd generation from 10 different Latin American countries representing 9 different
industries. Truly an amazing and diverse group.
I thought the most helpful part of Phase 1 for me was the personal branding. Stepping back to
reflect on what I want my brand to be is very enlightening.
