Front Office Manager - Management

Griselle Romero graduated from the University of Houston, Conrad N. Hilton College with a
hotel management degree in 2007. Just after college she began her career with Hyatt Hotels &
Resorts as a corporate management trainee. Immediately following the management training
program she accepted assistant management positions in both housekeeping and front office
departments at Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia. Currently, Griselle serves as the
Front Office Manager for the Grand Hyatt DFW in Dallas, Texas. She is responsible for managing
the front office operation which is focused on driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement
and financial growth.
Griselle resides in Dallas Texas where she enjoys spending time on her road bike and walking
Key in leadership development is the ability to evaluate the value and relevance between the company’s
goals and one’s career aspirations. The NHCC Corporate Executive Development Program supports this by
providing knowledge for developing self‐awareness, emotional and social intelligence skills. I will use this
knowledge and skills to improve relationships and feedback from mentors and peers.
