The NHCC Corporate Executive Development Program is instrumental in helping me understand
my feelings and actions as it relates to my ethnicity. Working with the executive advisors and
Professor Quinones has helped me identify the challenges and opportunities that I face in regards
to my Latino heritage. Additionally, it has made me more self aware of my day to day interactions
with my team, my colleagues and my superiors and how to leverage certain attributes to drive
positive outcomes. I am very excited to work with my Executive Mentor to strategically guide me
on my journey to the next level. The relationship we build will be invaluable to my success as a
leader and build a lasting foundation of true collaborations within my corporation and my life.
