1. Attending the first phase of the program has clearly been an eye opening extremely wonderful
experience. Leading with Authenticity provided me with development resources and skills needed
to develop myself to make the transition to an executive position within Kaiser Permanente.
NHCC staff, professor, advisors, and speakers were extraordinary to provide their expertise and
insights to be excised and leveraged for success. I look forward to the second phase and working
closely with my mentor.
2. The first phase has had a tremendous impact on me so that I may seamlessly learn effectively
on how to become an influential leader, increase my self-awareness and being adaptable within
my organization, so that I may become more change-ready. I look forward to the second phase of
the program and working close with my team and mentor.
